These terms and conditions govern your use of the Acupuncture by Ella Nazar website, available at https://ellanazar.com/, and service bookings. By using this website or booking services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Services
I, Ella Nazar, offer acupuncture services at 9 Coldbath Square, London ECIR 5HL. Treatment appointments can be booked online or by contacting me directly to arrange it.
2. Data Collection & Storage
Service Appointment Bookings: When booking appointments, your information, including your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details, is collected. This data is securely stored.
Contact Forms: Information provided through contact forms, including your name, email address, phone number, and message, is collected and securely stored.
Initial Consultation Form: When submitting the initial consultation form, your information, including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and health declaration, is collected. This data is securely stored.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please note my cancellation policy, which mandates a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for most bookings.
Notice periods:
For bookings scheduled after 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, a 96-hour (4-day) notice is required for cancellations.
For all other time slots, 48 hours notice is sufficient for cancellations.
If you’ve completed an online payment and wish to cancel within the notice periods as stated above, regrettably, refunds cannot be issued. However, cancellations made with more than the notice periods as stated above will receive a full refund. To cancel your appointment online, please visit the My Bookings page and log in to view your appointments.
For appointments booked directly with me, cancellations made with less than the notice periods as stated above will still result in the session fee being charged.
4. Consent for Treatment
By booking online or submitting the initial consultation form, you consent to the following aftercare advice and acknowledgment of potential side effects and risks associated with acupuncture treatment:
Aftercare Advice:
- Drink plenty of water to aid rebalancing and hydrating of the body.
- Refrain from vigorous exercise after treatment and give yourself time to rest.
- Avoid alcohol consumption for several hours after treatment.
Potential Side Effects:
Drowsiness, minor bleeding or bruising, pain, soreness, and temporary skin marks may occur after treatment. Existing symptoms may temporarily worsen after treatment. Fainting may occur, particularly during the first treatment.
Risks:
Acupuncture carries a risk of cross-infection, which is minimised by using single-use, sterilised, disposable needles and following British Acupuncture Council guidelines.
Please inform me of any medical conditions or factors that may affect your treatment to ensure your safety and well-being.
